The Speech and Language Practice is a specialist private speech pathology practice that is based on the Central Coast in NSW. We provide assessments and treatment for children and adults with speech, language and literacy difficulties.

NEW: After school Literacy Support Groups in which your child works on an individualised program in a small group of up to four children. These run in school term time only.
AND COMING SOON: Pre-literacy groups for pre-schoolers.

We welcome children and adults with the following difficulties:

• Reading and spelling difficulties – problems reading words accurately and fluently, difficulty understanding what has been read, poor spelling and written expression.

• Language difficulties – difficulties understanding what words mean, difficulty following instructions, putting sentences together clearly and producing sentences.
   
• Articulation difficulties – difficulty saying sounds in words.
   
• Pragmatics difficulties – problems understanding and following the social rules of how we interact with each other.
